AI, PRIVACY & SHARING

Your health context.
Your choices.

Choose whether to use AI and who gets access to your profile. Here is how processing, review and sharing work.

A plain-English guide to the app’s controls.

HOW IT WORKS

Processing.
Review. Permission.

  1. 01

    Choose AI processing

Optional AI features require consent for the selected profile. An authorized profile editor may manage this setting.

  2. 02

    Review important details

Check recognized voice entries and new upload results against what you said or the original document.

  3. 03

    Choose access separately

AI consent does not itself invite someone into your Care Circle. Profile access and sharing have separate controls.

What happens
when I use AI?

Curex360 sends information needed for the selected AI feature through its backend to OpenAI. Depending on the feature, this can include audio, transcribed text, uploaded reports or relevant records. Processing happens before you review a result; drafts or processing results may already be stored for that workflow.

Profile-level consent

You can decline optional AI or withdraw consent through the app’s controls. Withdrawing consent does not itself delete information already in your account.

Permission-based family access

For personal profiles, Care Circle update access is separate from full profile access. Managed profiles use their own owner and family-access permissions.

Encryption and access controls

The privacy policy describes encryption in transit and at rest, authentication and access controls. These protect how data is handled; they are not a claim of end-to-end encryption or a certification.

BEFORE YOU SHARE

Check the person.
Choose the context.

Review the selected profile, recipient and information included in the sharing flow.

  1. 01Confirm whose records you are viewing
  2. 02Check the recipient and their access
  3. 03Review the summary or HealthBook
  4. 04Include Health Log charts only if you choose

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Good to know.

Ask us a question
Does my health data stay only on my phone?

No. Curex360 uses cloud services for account records and app features. Optional AI processing can send relevant information to OpenAI through Curex360’s backend. See the privacy policy for the information processed and service providers.

Can I use supported manual features without AI consent?

Yes. AI consent applies to optional AI processing. Supported manual entry workflows do not require sending a voice request to AI. Some features, such as AI document analysis, do require AI processing.

Can family members open my full profile just by joining Care Circle?

For personal profiles, shared updates and full profile access are separate permissions. Each person controls the access they grant; one person’s permission does not automatically grant access in the other direction. Managed profiles have different owner and family-access arrangements. Read the family records guide.

Are Health Log charts included in every doctor summary?

No. When creating a new consultation HealthBook, you choose whether to include the Health Log charts. Review the HealthBook before sharing. Previously saved HealthBooks keep their existing information.

Does turning off AI delete my records?

No. Withdrawing AI consent and deleting information are separate actions. Use the available record or account-deletion controls, or contact support. The privacy policy explains retention and deletion; deletion is not a promise of immediate removal from every system.

Does Curex360 sell my health information?

Curex360’s privacy policy states that Nexilence does not sell, rent, trade or monetize personal or health information. Read the full policy for how information is used, processed and shared to provide the service.

Is this a HIPAA or security certification?

No. This page explains product controls and the published privacy policy; it is not a HIPAA, SOC 2 or other certification claim. Organizations evaluating an integration should discuss their specific data and compliance requirements with Curex360.

How do I delete my Curex360 account?

Use the Delete Account option in Profile and follow the confirmation steps, or follow the account-deletion instructions. Contact support if you cannot access your account.
