Check that you are using an eligible paid account on the web. If Developer mode is available in your settings, enable it. Workspace admins may restrict custom plugins, and security settings such as Lockdown can block them.

Connected, but a request isn't working?

Select Curex360 in the chat and ask it to use your CureX360 records. Check that the needed tools are enabled in the plugin settings. If saving is unavailable, reconnect Curex360 and review the requested permissions.
